Devolution gone mad

Two time zones in the UK, you have GOT to be kidding? :-/

An MP is bidding to harness the principle of devolution, to allow England and Wales to move to continental time without Scotland.

In that case, I'd like one for Dorset, based on what time I feel like getting up in the morning. Seems fair to me!!
